Each service begins with a consultation where we discuss your preferences and decide what would best suit you and your lifestyle.
We take great care to ensure the quality of your service. Be prepared to be laying down with your eyes closed for upwards of 3-4 hours for a new set of lashes, and 2-3 hours for a fill. Time needed for each client varies on the amount of natural lashes.

Please arrive with no eye makeup on and ensure your lashes are clean. We know this is not always possible, so a lash bath will be complimentary, however it will cut into your appointment time.
Please limit the amount of caffeine you have before your appointment.
Removal will be free if booked together with a new set, otherwise there will be a fee.
A patch test can be scheduled through email. They can be done a few days before your appointment if you are concerned you may have a reaction to the adhesive. Please note that patch tests do not guarantee that you won’t get a reaction later on. Allergic reactions can develop over time as you expose yourself to the allergen.
There MUST be 40% of lashes left in order to be considered a fill. Less than 40% will be charged a new set.
LASH LIFT & TINT appointments: please arrive with no eye makeup on and ensure your lashes are clean. We know this is not always possible, so a lash bath will be complimentary, however it will cut into your appointment time. Please limit the amount of caffeine you have before your appointment.

We take great care to ensure the quality of your service. Please be prepared to lay down for the duration of the appointment which can take 30 min to 1.5 hours depending on the service booked.
Please avoid tweezing your brows for a few weeks prior to receive the best results.

We take great care to ensure the quality of your service. Be prepared to be laying down with your eyes closed for upwards of 4-5 hours for a new set of brows, and 2-3 hours for a touch up.
Please keep in mind that wearing face makeup to your appointment may alter your skin tone and, in turn, may affect the pigment colour chosen.
Do not consume any blood thinners, such as alcohol or ibuprofen, 24 hours prior to the procedure.
A patch test can be scheduled through email. They are to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment if you are concerned you may have a reaction to numbing or the pigments. Please note that patch tests do not guarantee that you won’t get a reaction later on. If you do not come in for a patch test prior you understand that you will be waiving the right to a patch test and will be going ahead with the procedure.
Numbing is applied after the outline has been tattooed. Pain is minimal, however it does depend on each individual’s tolerance. Topical anesthetic will also be used in between passes for further comfort.
Please ask us for the contraindication list prior to booking if you are concerned you may not be able to receive this procedure.
