CANCELLATION POLICY
You will receive a confirmation request via text 3 days prior to the appointment and a reminder one day prior to the appointment.
We understand that plans change, so we allow cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If there is one late reschedule or missed appointment, we reserve the right to require a deposit prior to booking additional appointments.
We respect your time, and hope that you respect ours as well.
LATE POLICY
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time booked. If the service is shortened due to late arrival, the full cost of the service will still be charged.
REFUND POLICY
You are paying for artist’s time, product and other expenses used to provide you with your service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done with a complimentary 30 minute touch up if it is the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
In the rare case of an allergic reaction, no refunds will be given because it is something we cannot control or predict. If it is an allergic reaction to lash extensions, a complimentary lash removal will be provided if needed and directed by a physician.
FILLING OTHER ARTISTS’ WORK
Our top priorities are the safe application of lash extensions and the health of your natural lashes. There are many circumstances where we will not be able to fill your lashes. Some common reasons are:
Too much adhesive was used to apply the lashes
Lashes are stuck together and not isolated properly
Lash extensions applied are too long for your natural lashes
Clusters were used, rather than handmade fans
Proper extension application is critical in order to maintain the health of your natural lashes. There are times where it is simply not possible, or safe, to fill lashes when they are done incorrectly.
Any client who is coming from another artist please book a removal and a new set in order to allot enough time in the event your lashes are not able to be filled. Please make a note during booking that you are wanting a fill from another artist. Once we assess your lashes, we will suggest the best route, whether that be a fill, or a removal and a new set. You will be charged accordingly at your appointment.
A removal will be complimentary if receiving a new set in the same appointment.
